Terms & Conditions
- Kennel timings are - 12.00 to 5.00 pm from Monday to Saturday and 3.00 to 5.00 pm on Sundays (Only checkins and checkouts will be done on Sundays).
- 50% of the boarding fee needs to be paid at the time of checkin. We charge for day of checkin and checkout.
- All dogs will be fed on homemade nutritious food of rice, vegetables and/or egg/meat. Cats will be fed commercial diet. In case of other pets diet should be specified. Any specific need, supplements or additional feed needs to be mentioned separately. All supplements can be provided by PetStepin' at an additional cost.
- You can bring your pet’s bed/favorite toy to make him/her feel more comfortable.
- All pets MUST be fully vaccinated and de-wormed prior to boarding. Record for the same, will be checked at the time of boarding.
- If a female pet is due to come into heat during her stay with us, kennel authorities MUST be informed in advance. If your female pet is in heat or has just completed her cycle, we will not be able to board her.
- Your pet will be brushed and given a bath at the time of checkout.
- Pets must be clean and free of fleas and ticks during checkin.
- Dogs MUST be kept on a leash when dropping off or picking up. Cats MUST be brought in their cages.
- Customers who wish to view the kennels can do so at a mutually convenient time.
- We request the owners to inform us in advance if a stay period needs to be extended or reduced.
- In case of any emergencies/casualties our in-house veterinarian, who is on call 24x7, will attend to your pet. The pet owner should pay all veterinary costs, if any incurred, while the pet is in our care.
